Family Counts

Family Counts is a dedicated ministry in partnership with the City of Texarkana, committed to supporting our community in various ways. Every Thursday evening from 6 pm to 8:30 pm CST, we offer essential services such as food distribution and counseling sessions to those in need. This program is designed as an 8-week course, providing continuous support and resources to participants.

Our aim is to provide both physical sustenance and emotional support, creating a nurturing environment for individuals and families to thrive. We believe in the power of community and the importance of helping one another through challenging times. Family Counts is a family restoration and preservation ministry specifically tailored for parents seeking permanency with their children.

Each class not only offers valuable information and support but also includes a complimentary dinner, childcare, and encouragement, ensuring that all family members are cared for during the sessions.

Additionally, for those seeking to fulfill State credits, please note that attendance in our classes is mandatory.
